The KGM Annual Dinner cum 2011 Countdown Party was held on 31st December, 2010 from 7.30pm till 1.00am. The theme for the night was “it’s 1960!”. The dinner was graciously sponsored by our beloved Captain, Yang Berbahagia Tan Sri Datuk Jimmy Lau. The highlight of the night comprised of awards to the Club Champions, giving away donations to the charitable bodies, countdown party time and plenty lucky draws.
Amongst the 6 charitable bodies invited were MRCS Miri, MRCS Sunflower Centre, MRCS Dialysis Centre, Persatuan Diabetes Malaysia, The National Autism Society of Malaysia and Palliative Care Association of Miri. Each were given RM2k. The source of donation came from majortiy of the KGM members who contributed RM1.00 per month and the KGM Ladies Line Dance Group.
Apart from the dinner proper, there is also a special photo taking corner for guests or members to have their photos taken for remembrance. Please provide us with your email address in order for your potrait photo to be sent to you.
