The first New Member’s Night of the year 2012 was held on 9th January, 2012. The event began at 7.30pm with dinner being served followed by introduction of the 2011 Management Committee. All Cmmittee and Sub-committee Members who were present that night came forth to brief the new members about the different aspects of the Club and the departments that they are each in charge of. 13 out of 24 new members were present. Membership cards and approval letters were given out after they have introduced themselves before the Committee. The New Member’s Night ended at 9.45 pm
