As most of you are aware, our Bermuda greens at the Front Nine are in very bad condition. In view of the coming dry season and the impending KGM Open which will be held in September 2011, we are taking the following action to ensure the grass is healthy:
a) We are watering the greens thrice daily.
b) We only cut the greens twice a week – on Wednesday and Saturday.
c) Greens cutting height is adjusted to 4.4mm.
d) Fairway cutting height is adjusted to 15mm.
e) Patching of greens will be done where necessary.
In view of the above, it is hoped member shall bear the inconvenience while playing. We thank you for your cooperation and misunderstanding in this respect.
