1. The AXA and Allianz Golf Insurance Scheme is open to KGM Members Only. The standard rate is Rm70.00
2. Golfers may choose any one of the insurance companies for coverage;
a) AXA
b) Allianz General Insurance Malaysia
3. Complete the insurance form and hand it back to the Front Desk Counter for processing.
4. An insurance card will be issued to the insured within a period of three months.
5. The golfer concerned will be charged by Direct Debit his/her Club’s Monthly Statement for the said premium.
6. The insurance policy’s cut-off (expiry) date is 31st December every year. It will be automatically renewed thereafter. All golfers are required to check their names on the Club’s Notice Board between December to February every year. If you do wish to renew or you wish to change your insurance scheme, you MUST come personally to sign the cancellation form which is available from the Front Desk.
